One License, Many Seats

Each customer gets a license. Each license has a number of seats. Each seat is allocated to a Linux host. Regardless of the number of Cyber-Compliance tools installed on a host, that host only requires a single seat. 

  • Each customer gets 5 free seats lasting 14 days starting from the time the Customer Portal account was created.
  • Customers can manage their license, seats and support agreement in the Customer Portal.

 

License seats are allocated to hosts. Ideally a seat will remain with the host until the end of the license term. However, sometimes hosts need to be decommissioned. Customers can reallocate seats from decommissioned hosts to new hosts.

If a decommissioned host is reinstated, an unallocated seat must be available.

Support Agreements

For mission critical deployments, or where system stability and performance is required, we offer support agreements. We help all customers with the basics (getting started), but serious support is reserved for customers with support agreements in place. 

  1. Get priority support for large or critical deployments.
  2. Be assured that experts can assist with best practices, license planning and general support.
  3. Our staff don’t touch your servers, we assist your team with best practices.
