Reseller Requirements

The following must be met to become a Resellers:

  1. Must be a legal entity such as a trust, PTY LPT, LLC or similar.
  2. Must be suitably insured relating to the resellers capacity as a reseller.
  3. Must not misrepresent AGIX Linux, AGIX Linux products or services, or the relationship between the reseller and AGIX Linux.
  4. Must present AGIX Linux products, services and pricing truthfully.
  5. Must sell only directly to the business intending to use the software.
  6. Must understand (and get an understanding from the end-customer) regarding jurisdiction and sovereignty as detailed here.
  7. Payments to AGIX Linux are required prior to license seats being provisioned. Trial license seats are an exception.
