Simplified Licenses & Support
Licenses
Each customer is assigned a license number. That license includes a number of “seats” that are allocatable to Linux systems.
- A Linux system with a seat allocated can have any Cyber-Compliance tools installed.
- Seats are purchased in any number above five.
- Each seat you allocate is assigned to a single Linux system.
- Seats can be removed from decommissioned Linux systems.
Support
Our support plan provides you with assurance. Our expert staff can assist with large-scale deployments and complex environments.
- Only people specified in your Customer Portal can request support from the AGIX Linux support team.
- If you have lost access to your Customer Portal, contact your preferred reseller to initiate the account recovery process.
- Support is limited to emails. AGIX Linux support staff will not request access to your Linux systems. AGIX Linux support staff will decline any offer or request to assist in a “hands-on” capacity.
End-Customer Agreement
When it comes to licenses and support, no one likes surprises. We invite you to review the End-Customer agreement which outlines your obligations, and our obligations.
We’ve done our best to ensure licenses and support agreements are clear and sensible.

Your data stays in your region of choice. That includes your Customer Portal, your license details, security and access logs, backups, and your centralised configuration management (if you’re using that feature).
